An exciting opportunity has arisen for an extremely strong manager to ensure the smooth, efficient and profitable running of F&B outlets within this stunning 5 star hotel in Geneva , Switzerland . Due to the size, and high volume of business, previous experience within a 5 star Hotel environment with a large banqueting operation is essential. We are looking for a financially astute individual who has a proven track record in increasing operational smoothness, profitability, service delivery and team morale. You will also be able to confidently demonstrate examples of where you have successfully implemented operational policies, control measures, and the maximisation of profitability.

A highly effective man-manager, you will have the ability to create and drive an industrious, productive and motivated team. Your ability to kick start F&B covers and income is paramount, possessing the energy and determination to implement improved practices and procedures, with a proactive approach to continuously strengthening your department. Outstanding communication and organisation skills are essential, as are strong business and financial acumen and IT literacy. Due to location, own transport is essential. Superb opportunity within a highly reputable company. Please note for this position candidates must have a valid EU work permit and be fluent in French & English.
