A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an industrious, ambitious, and passionate SUPERSTAR to undertake the role of Food and Beverage Manager within this stunning, luxurious Hotel in the Southampton area.

Overseeing a 60-cover Brasserie restaurant and three conference suites, you will have gained supervisory / management experience within a similar operation. We are happy to consider an ambitious Restaurant / Conference and Events Manager, looking for their first Food and Beverage Manager role.

Determination and passion are key attributes. We are not looking for a clock watcher. We require somebody dynamic, dedicated and meticulous, who is looking to really get their teeth into an exciting new role.

You will be a confident man-manager, who can train and lead your team, instilling excellence into every aspect of your department.

Salary up to £30k plus highly attractive performance related bonuses.
