An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Manager to join this stunning, high volume Hotel in Leicestershire.

We are looking for an outstanding service-driven individual who has gained at least three years experience as a Reception / Front of House Manager within a 3/4 star Hotel with over 100 bedrooms.

You will have exceptional front of house, sales and financial acumen plus exceptional man-management skills. As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for Reception, Housekeeping & Conference & Banqueting so will be highly organised and adaptable, with strong knowledge on each department.

An effective man-manager, you will have the ability to effectively lead and manage a large team, ensuring that the highest standard of customer care is provided at all times, and that the Front of House software is utilised effectively and accurately. You will have a keen eye for detail, have strong IT literacy, and excellent communication skills.

You will be a natural problem solver, and effective in dealing with complaints and queries. Salary up to £30k + benefits.
