An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, strategic General Manager to effectively manage this luxury Health Club & Spa in West London.

You will have a proven track record in successfully managing a five star Health Club, Spa, or similar operation. As General Manager, you will have the ability to drive forward this elite Club using your strong business acumen and financial management experience, maximising profit and service delivery.

Utlilising your experience of effectively managing a multi-faceted operation, you will have strong operational expertise, to include health club / spa management, food and beverage, conference and events, and sales.

You will have achieved great success within Health Club Operations in addition to driving forward Membership Sales and Marketing and retention.
Outstanding man-management skills are essential, and you will excel in confidently recruiting, developing, and inspirationally leading your team, maximising productivity and morale.

We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Manager, at Director level, who has gained at least five years experience managing a Premium Health Club / Leisure Facility.
