Hotel/Bar/Reception Manager. Circa £18k - £22k + profit share scheme
An exciting opportunity has arisen within this well reputed Golf property, for an industrious forward thinking individual to oversee the Rooms, Bar, Restaurant, Conference, and Reception operations.
We are looking for a hands-on manager who is able to effectively manage the operation of each department, including a small number of high quality bedrooms.
You will ideally have front of house experience as well as previous management of a Bar operation, including stock and cost control, cellar management and up-selling.
You will be extremely service focused, and a strong motivational leader, instilling excellent customer service into your team.
This is a varied and challenging role, requiring a multi-skilled, highly organised professional who is hands-on and service driven.
Knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental Health is advantageous
