This world leading hotel requires Restaurant Managers with an esteemed background who would be keen to join a five star organisation at the very top of it's game.  You will learn from some of the best people in the industry.  We require two Restaurant Managers, one for the all day dining restaurant and one with a fine dining seafood background.  You will be responsible for leading a team to service excellence through consistent training and you will lead by example.  A competitive package is available for the right people along with the opportunity to grow and develop in one of the worlds very best 5 star properties.  Only candidates with an extensive five star back-ground and training will be considered.
