Spa General Manager- 6 month contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially strong Spa Manager on a initial 6 month contract for this highly reputable Spa based in the Milton Keynes area.

Responsible for upholding the highest levels of service, operation and profitability, previous Spa Management experience is essential; although a hands-on therapy background is not necessary.
Excellent financial and commercial acumen are paramount, as is your strong, “fun, fair, and firm (if you need to be)” management style.
Managing a large team of therapists, you will have effective KPI management skills, as well as the ability to successfully lead, motivate, and inspire, encouraging sales and both new and repeat business.
This is a highly Customer Service driven environment, so your presentation, communication and organisational skills are key. You will have an industrious attitude, with the ability to drive forward sales and service. A strong understanding of retail management and conversion is essential, as is your business development and marketing knowledge.

This is not a hands-on treatment based role but very much a hands-on Business Manager role, requiring a meticulous, driven, and approachable manager with a great sense of humour, and a forward-thinking attitude who will focus on maximising service, decreasing costs and driving revenue. Salary up to £35k + bonus + benefits
