You will have a proven track record in a quality Spa, with preference shown to those who have held a similar role for at least three years.

You will have the capability to drive forward service delivery, new business and subsidiary income, as well as customer service and operations.

Strong business acumen and financial management experience is essential as you will closely monitor the profitability of this facility, effectively implementing change where required.
Managing a very large team, outstanding man-management skills are essential, and you will excel in confidently recruiting, developing, and leading your team.
